• What is Guidejet®?
  • Guidejet is a software system designed to track location of cellular phones and other mobile communication devices. The software package includes an application that is installed on a mobile phone (PDA, tablet) and is capable of determining the device's location employing either built-in GPS-receiver or information on the base stations (cell towers) of the GSM-network. Authorized users can then view current location of the device as well as its tracking history on the electronic map of the Guidejet web-site.

  • How do I install it on my phone?
  • Go to the "Download" section and follow a link to one of the online application stores that corresponds to a store targeting the operating system of your device. For example, if you've got a Nokia phone, then you will probably be able to download a version for Symbian S60 at http://store.ovi.com. If you prefer to visit your application store directly from your phone try searching for "Guidejet" within the store. The application is distributed for free.

  • I can not run the application on my phone - what should I do?
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to test our application on every single phone that runs a supported operating system. Make sure that your phone runs a version of the operating system that is listed in the "Download" section. If your operating system corresponds to one of the supported ones, but the program still doesn't run - get in touch with our tech support team.

  • Is the service free?
  • There are two options for using the service: the free one and the paid one. More details can be found in the "Cost" section.
